On-time Shipment： Fancy Fang agreeed that they would be able to meet a time frame for a massive event we had in our city. They completely missed the date by a long shot. The material is Quality： The hats are made from good quality but they weren't put together with Professional level of crafstmanship. You can see the center seam of my hats are stitched together that come up to a point. It looks like there is a point sticking up on the hats when you put them on. It looks off, not the level of quality I want for my customers. NOT GOOD!
